How adorable! How do you get the paper to look even on both sides of the arms? I always get one thicker looking or they are uneven. I love to make book page crafts, but mine always turn out lopsided. I need a great tip for making the paper even and neat.

Maybe if you folded the paper in the center first to give you a guide, then did the pleating? To keep from making one side bulkier than the other, be sure to make the folds even. Folding against a ruler or hard edge can help. It might help to mark the paper with a pencil first, too.

I did this for our office decoration during Christmas. I used colored and patterned papers. I even used some pages form magazines and newspapers. This is very easy and effortless. I hung them on the ceiling and stick some on the glass doors.
