Hannah just answered my question. I was going to ask if you could use toilet paper rolls for this craft? I have seen several versions of angels with tissue rolls that are very similar to this one. I think that a mix of both would look fabulous on a wreath or a door hanging.

Wine corks for smaller angel, and tissue paper roll for bigger angels. I started collecting tissue paper rolls for our Christmas party decoration.
