I have never ever done embroidery before in my life, would it be too ambitious of me to try doing this as my first task or should I try something easier to begin with? I think these would be an amazing addition to any Christmas table for the big day)

If you've never done any kind of embroidery at all, this might be a little too ambitious for a first project. If, however, you have done needlepoint or anything at all similar, you can do this. The French knot used for the balls will probably be the most challenging, so try that and if you can do that, you can do the rest!

If you love embroidery then you will love this project. This is so nice to display for the holidays and would also make a terrific gift. I will be working on a few of these this summer to start my holiday projects early.
