I agree that this is not exactly a wreath, but it's cool (no pun intended) just the same! I like the use of embroidery hoops since they're so inexpensive any more and can be reused later on. It looks like an easy decoration to make that could be used almost anywhere, too!

I would also say that this does not look like a wreath, but it does hang on the door and is cute either way!
