Materials List

  • Grapevine twig ring with a diameter of 9"
  • Hot pink paper raffia
  • 3 20mm multifaceted transparent ball beads in different shades of pink
  • Silver Christmas bead-and-bells chain
  • Silver Christmas star bead chain garland
  • 10 medium-sized white feathers
  • 80" of 0.3"-wide silver ribbon
  • 20" of 1.4"-wide silver ribbon
  • Scissors
  • Quick-drying craft glue (such as Bostik Clear)
  • Hot glue gun and glue sticks

Instructions:

  1. Cover the twig ring with the pink raffia:
Use a bit of craft glue to secure the end of the raffia at the back of the ring. Wrap the raffia tightly around the ring until the whole ring has been covered with raffia. Cut off any remaining raffia and glue the second end of the raffia in place at the back of the ring.

  2. Cut 6" from the thin silver ribbon, make a loop with it and hot glue it to the top of the wreath.

  3. Hot glue the one end of the remaining thin ribbon to the back of the wreath. Twist the ribbon around the wreath. Cut off any ribbon that might still be left and secure the second end of the ribbon in place at the back of the wreath.

  4. Make a bow with the 1.4"-wide silver ribbon and neatly cut the ends of the bow. Hot glue it to the top of the wreath.

  5. Hot glue a few feathers to the bow.

  6. Cut a piece from the bead-and-bells chain, and hot glue it to the top of the wreath.

  7. At the bottom of the wreath, make an arrangement with the rest of the feathers, the beads and another piece cut from the bead-and-bells chain, and hot glue to secure everything to the wreath. Make small bows with the remaining 0.3" ribbon and add these to the arrangement at the bottom.

  8. Cut stars loose from the star bead chain garland, and hot glue the stars on random places all around the wreath.
