One of my pet peeves is dry chapped lips. I keep a lip balm on my key chain, in my purse, and at my desk at work. I like this recipe because it sounds refreshing for the cooler months. I cannot wait to try it.

This is a refreshing lip balm recipe. I think any opportunity to use this balm will make your lips smooth and give that unexpected lift with the peppermint. I like knowing what goes on my lips and I like this list of ingredients. Thanks for the recipe and I will be sharing.
