So pretty, yet so simple. I love how rustic it looks. Our thrift stores often have baskets on the shelves, so that wont be hard to find. We could go for a nice nature walk to collect the pinecones. Throw in some batter operated led lights and a nice bow and were all set! I love crafts that allow me to incorporate so many different activities

How much more charming can you make a room than with a beautiful basket like this one? I think this is so adorable. I am going to have to make one for me and two more for my mom and sister because I know as soon as they see mine, they will be asking me to make one for them. So, I am going to stay ahead of them and give them one in a gift bag when I show them mine.

I have tons of pine cones that are begging to be used in a decoration like this! I love the warm and natural look of the basket. I also like the option these days with the battery operated LED lights. Makes decorations like this flexible because you do not have to be near an electrical socket to use it. Thank you for sharing this idea!

The LED battery lights and simple collected pinecones displayed in a basket make for a really nice table centerpiece at Christmastime. Instructions indicate to glue the pinecones into the basket but I have found I did not have to. This is also a great way to reuse any no longer cinnamon scented pinecones.
