Orange Dot Quilts was only recently created in 2015, but has already come out with so many amazing patterns. Designer Dora Cary loves the color orange and polka dots, which is where the name came from. One of her neat patterns is called Sense of Direction and it speaks volumes.

Dora created this design at the request of a fabric designer, Luke Haynes, by using his new line of fabric called Dapper. However, you can easily use other colors and fabrics to come up with just as beautiful as a quilt as this one. The graphic arrows are pointing in opposite directions going in a diagonal pattern. Because of the colors, the design has an urban feel with a cool vibe.

A bold, modern quilt like this gives you the option of which way you want to piece it together. I really like this because you might be much better at piecing together one way over another or you might simply have a favorite way. The first option given uses more fabric, but saves time whereas the other doesn't use as much fabric, but it also takes longer.

As in all of Orange Dot Quilt patterns, the patterns are printed on quality stock, have fully colored detailed instructions and have a well designed cover with fabric requirements. If you're looking for a bold statement in your home then you're going to love Sense of Direction.
