I love this garland project but I know I will not have the time to get it completed. This is something I can place in my to do list to have ready for next year or I can go on the cheat side and buy those adorable mitts and hats in the kids clothing section. I know I would never find anything as colorful as this so this goes to the to do list. I will be ready next year!

Seeing this bright hats and mittens garland puts me in the mind of the children's story about the three little kittens that lost their mittens. This is adorable and I know such a garland will brighten up any mantel but I can see it hanging almost anywhere in the scheme of Christmas decorations.
