I made dozens of these and the biggest problem I had was that they did not always glue straight, but I found that popsicle sticks instead of the ribbon did wonders and I could take it off when they dried together. The key is to line them up but not press them real hard against the wood or to loosen them from the stick while the glue is still wet enough.

This is really fun! I collected a few bottle caps and covered them with glitters. I hung them above my bed on the ceiling. It shimmers all throughout the night. It's amazing.

Thank you from another grandma who makes things with her grand kids. These are so cute. Not only snow men but you could do a tree by gluing caps together in a triangular chape. Paint them green and add tiny dots of different colors for the ornaments. These are so inexpensive, you could go wild making them.

Oh cute are these Bottle Cap Snowmen Ornaments? I can see my Grand children making these when they come to visit. I'm thinking I can spray paint the caps white and when the kids come they can paint the rest and create these cute little ornaments or even turn them into a necklace. Too many ideas running through my head for decorating these. Beads, pipe cleaners ect. can be added.. Time for me to get my craft box out for the little ones. Thank you so much for sharing this cute free ornament craft.
