  • ribbon
  • hot glue gun and glue sticks

Instructions:

  1. Measure candle height and circumference

  2. Cut vellum paper to fit around the candle with 1” overlap

  3. With your foam brush, add mod podge to your paper and to the exterior glass

  4. Lay candle down in the middle of the paper, then roll candle to one side. This should adhere the candle to half of the vellum paper

Optional: If you don’t have vellum paper handy, then try using a light

What is more festive than a starry lantern to light up the room or outside the house? I think I shall be making a ton of these luminaries to brighten up the house for the holidays. I love the soft glow of candles for those chilly winter nights and gathering with friends and family to celebrate.
