I love that you chose an edible design. I guess you could make them like Ashleroo said with craft paper, but I bet people will try to eat them too. Either way, they are so cute and fun, how can you resist making them for your holiday treats like cupcakes and cookies?

I have made cupcake toppers in the past and they are such an easy way to up your dessert table game. While this tutorial made theirs out of edible materials, I have made mine out of crafting paper with great success. If you have a Cricut or some craft punches the job is even easier! Craft paper is super inexpensive and I love the fact that this DIY used some glittery paper. My hint would be to run your finger over the glitter paper a few times to make sure that it doesn't fall off before you commit to using it for your craft. You don't want your guests eating stray glitter! Whether you go edible or not, your cupcakes will look fabulous!
