How sweet are these little turtledoves? I love the simplicity of the design, but I agree with Morehouse17. I just cannot believe it is a dollar store platter. It looks so beautiful and easy to complete. I bet you could make a ton of these dishes for a little bit of nothing and hand out tons of treats.

Even after reading the directions, I still cannot believe this is just one of those plastic platters from a dollar store. This is a beautiful piece of art and I would hate that it only had a limited time on display. I think I will look for a pattern that can be on display all year. Thank you for this beautiful project.

The finished project looks amazing. Until I read the directions on how to make this, I was fully unaware that the plate was made from one of the dollar plastic plates. I have never been any good with any paint project but I am very interested in completing this. Writing down the material list now.

This is gorgeous. Not only do you offering all the instructions but the pattern too so I can't try to draw it with my limited drawing skills. What more could I ask for other than the author come to my house and do it? Thank you so much for sharing this beauty.

I can't believe this beautiful platter is made from Dollar Store materials! And since the blogger is offering the design's pattern for free, it doesn't matter than I am not very good at drawing. I can't wait to make this!

Absolutely, beautiful!!
