Could you make this craft from paper if you do not have a quilling machine? I think this would be so pretty to wear around the holiday season. I would love to wear this to work. I know a few people that will be jealous if they see me wearing it.

I'm new to paper crafts but I think this necklace is soooo pretty! I love the touch of gold on the edge of the flower's petals.
