I use to make very elaborate salt dough ornaments. Santas, Angels, reindeers, you name it. You can do a lot with it. Like press some thru a garlic press and it becomes curly hair or a beard. Just remember if you live in a humid climate as I do, you should give them a coat of sealer. I used polyurethane and it also gave a glossy finish. If not you may end up finding a blob of dough next year instead of your pretty creTion.
