Did you use an embroidery hoop to create this design? It looks like a hoop is surrounding the fabric in the photos. I think my favorite part is that you can use almost any decoration to adorn the pillow. I love that you chose a skate instead of the traditional holiday decorations.

This is absolutely one of the cutest projects I have seen. And it's not hard at all. I have a great niece in the north that has won ice skating awards. What would be a better Christmas present for her than this? I can even embroider her name on it to make it more personal.

Oh, I love this so much! It's so pretty and I love that you can keep it up all winter long instead of just for Christmas. I really want to make this in an icy blue instead of pink.
