How do you make an inexpensive decoration? Embellish something you would normally throw away, right? I love this idea for using up something you have around the house. This little tree is so cute, and if it does not survive past one season, it's ok. You can make more the next year. I think I will add some glitter to mine to make them sparkle in the lights.

That's such a great idea! I knew I should be saving those tissue boxes but couldn't think of another use for them. I think they would look great done in a more traditional style, with windows and doors but with a cool background. Be aware that the printed template is rather small. I increased it to 125% and it's better.

Using recycled objects to make new and useful items and pretty exciting and very budget friendly. We always try to make some of our adorable Christmas ornaments rather than purchase them. This is a nice and easy project to make with my kids.

i lov them but i can't find the pattern 4 them

Hi, mainabertie 1435567. If you follow the link above that says, "Click here for project instructions," a new window/tab should open directing you to the tutorial on the designer's blog. Once you're there, please click the link that says "printable house plans" to access the free printable template for the project. Hope this helps! Happy crafting :) --Editors of AllFreeChristmasCrafts
