I have never heard of a mug rug, but I am assuming it is a larger version of the coaster, am I right? I love the idea. I bet you would be extra careful like Hannah says. No one will want to spill coffee all over this cute little snowman. Is this for the floor or the table?

This is too cute for a rug! You wouldn't want to spill your coffee all over this. It's so cute. If I make something like this, my daughter will definitely not allow me to use this as a rug.
