Instructions

  1. Fold 4 to 6 coffee filters in half

  2. Draw half angel wing on the fold and cut out

  3. Keeping the wings folded, cut slits at an angle up the wing from bottom to top

  4. Then rub your hand lightly up and down the slit edge to fluff or feather out

  5. Open wings and separate each one

  6. Glue the center of each wing to each other with hot glue

  7. When cooled, make a bow and glue to center front

  8. Now make a loop with your ribbon to place at the back of the wings at the top to make a hanger

I love how cute these little angel wings are because they are so fluffy. How far up do you make your cuts for the slits on the wings? I love that you made the edges of the coffee filters a feathery edge. I think it makes them feel more angelic.
