Darling Crochet Christmas Angel Pattern
Darling Crochet Christmas Angel Pattern

From the Blogger: "Make a pretty Christmas Angel today with this free pattern. Designed as part of the 2016 Holiday Blog Hop! This is the second Crochet Angel Pattern I have contributed this season. This Little Angel stands 6.5 inches tall to the top of her halo and her wings reach a width of 4.5 inches. She stands by herself and you do not need to stiffen the finished fabric - she is crocheted with worsted weight/medium weight yarn. She makes a lovely tabletop decoration, you can add a length of ribbon (or a crochet chain) to use her as a tree ornament or decoration in your home. She will also work atop your Christmas Tree as a Tree Topper. If you are struggling to keep her in place try using a piece of paper towel roll or toilet paper roll inserted beneath her skirt to provide a sturdier base than the flimsy bendy tree wire. Or make a cone from paper or plastic to sit beneath her skirt on top of the tree (or even cut the base of a plastic water bottle and use the top bit without the cap under her skirt!). I’ve also considered sewing a small bell under her skirt to make her ‘chime’. Have fun! Embellish her with embroidery, hair or even fabric paint!"

I want this little angel. It's one of the few that's made with yarn and not thread. I wanted one that could stand on its own and this is it. Plus it's a very easy pattern so I can make it up quickly. Thank you for your generosity in sharing this one!
