Cut squares of Deco Mesh

Gather the squares in the middle.

Fasten them together with a pipe cleaner.

Separate 1/2 of the deco mesh to make the skirt and fasten together with another pipe cleaner.

Glue on the ornament fo the head.

Paint a heart to cover the pipe cleaners.

Glue the heart on the front of the angel.
