Winter Scene Place Settings

From the blogger: "It’s that time of year to plan out all the holiday gatherings. My family is pretty large and the holidays are a great excuse to get the whole family together to celebrate and enjoy each other’s company. Because we are a crafty kind of family (I didn’t fall far from the tree), we love to create lovely tablescapes. These cute scenes take no time at all, use minimal supplies, and not only do they make great place settings, but your guests can take them home with them and hang them on the tree! Nothing like a multi-use craft project, I always say."

How adorable are these little place settings? Do you have other ideas for these clear bulbs, or do you just use them for place settings? I can think of a couple of other ideas I would like to use them for, but I am not sure they will work. I guess I will have fun playing around with them and see.

These are lovely. I live in Florida and I have to make a real effort to get into the spirit. It's hard to think Christmas when it's 85 degrees and your air is running. So things like this are just perfect. They put that Christmas spirit around the house. Thanks for the inspiration.

Oh my gosh these are cute! They just bring some holiday magic to the dinner table. I know that my guests would flip their lids if they saw these. They could also take them home at the end of the night as a sort of holiday keepsake. I just love miniatures like this and think that they make everyone smile when they see them. I can't wait to make these up for my guests next Christmas.

These are adorable! They would also make good desk decorations for work, since everything is inside a cute little box (and they wouldn't be messy!).
