What a cute idea. I like how these turned out and they look so simple to make. I even have some of those kind of clothes pins in my stash, too. )

I have always love the story of the Nutcracker. My friend has a collection of them. If I can make up a set of these I could give her some as a gift. Every year we exchange hand made items so she would really like these. Mine will go on my tree for sure. I am not much of a painter but I think I can do this. I may even try markers as I have a ton of them. Thanks for sharing this neat idea.

These are quite cute and seem simple enough to make. Finding where I put my clothespins might be tricky . . . I may try using wooden match sticks for arms instead of the pipe cleaner.
