I have used this technique so many times! It's so nice to reuse something that might have been thrown away and make it into something beautiful. If you are in a pinch for some affordable decor, this is the DIY for you. You can make it really festive by adding different coloured ribbons or some glitter. Just make sure that the bottles aren't too top-heavy so they don't topple over. Give it a go! They are super cheap to make.
