I don't know about these as an ornament for the tree...never really thought about putting an owl on the tree before! She is adorable and would work nicely for the front of a greeting card. The only thing I was trying to figure out is why the page of a book? Is it supposed to look the feathers on the breast of the owl? Or maybe it's because we learn things from books. I will make up several owls for my greeting cards. I can see these in bright colors for children's cards too!

My daughter loves owls! These are the perfect gift for her! Do you have any other patterns for santa or snowmen out of felt? I would love to make a full set of them. Maybe a few different birds like cardinals and blue jays would be pretty too. Great inspiration! Thanks so much!
