Festive Vellum Candleholders
Adding a touch of color to brighten up your Christmas home decor isn't as difficult as you think! Materials:
- Glass candleholder or other glass container (juice glass, jar, etc.) with straight sides
- Vellum
- Dye ink or solvent ink pad(s)
- Rubber stamps
- Super sticky tape such as Scor-Tape, Red Liner Tape, Sticky Strip
- Ribbon
Instructions:

Measure height and circumference of glass container to determine width and length of vellum strip. Cut vellum accordingly

Stamp desired images on vellum strip. Allow to dry thoroughly

Adhere vellum around glass container using a strip of super sticky tape on each of the short ends of the vellum

Wrap a length of sticky tape around the container overlapping the edge of the vellum at the top and bottom. Adhere ribbon to the tape around the container
- Embellish candleholder further as desired

Vellum is such a fun medium to use, right? I love the stuff. Candles are one of my favorite things to have around the house. When you have a ton of people to get gifts for, candles are an excellent option too. I know I could save some money by buying plain candles and using this craft to make the holders for them. I love it!
