I love checkered! How come I never thought of that idea. The materials needed are just scattered at home. I hope I can do this for Christmas. This will surely look nice on my dining table.

Very nice and yet another one of those" why didn't I think of that" projects. It isn't hard or expensive and will certainly dress up the place. I have a lot of material left from when I line my crochet purses. Some are silver or gold. What beauties they would make.
