What a fabulous way to reuse baby food jars, right? I have a niece with a little one that is just starting to eat solid food. I will have her save me the jars. I know what gift she will get this Christmas. I think she will be so pleased to get something made from the jars she gives me.

This is such a fun idea, especially if you have a baby and are going through multiple jars a week. This is a really nice centerpiece that we could use during the holidays. My friend has a new baby. I think I am going to hijack some of her empty jars and try this one out.

If you put some silver Garland pieces inside the jars with little lights it will sparkle even more. I think this is a fantastic idea to make for myself, family and friends and maybe sell at a craft fair to make some Christmas spending money. I can get the jars easy enough as I have twin baby grandsons who just started on baby food!

I made these years ago and we put the lights in the jars. They were fun to make and give as gifts.

In the mid 90"s a friend of mine and I made enough of these to buy us tickets to Fl. for a weeks vacation in Mar. We got our jars from the local day cares. We had a blast making them and charged $20.00/tree. We also took orders ie. all blue including lights or white lights or multi colored lights. Enjoy!

why not insert Christmas tree lights into the jars to brighten it up?
