This gift is inexpensive to make with a price tag under $10! The BEST part is you can grab some hot pads, brownie mix and spoons to get these made ahead of time! Don't be caught without a gift for someone! Great for teachers, white elephant gifts, and grandparent gifts!"

I love the sentiment from this project. This is an excellent gift that I'd be pleased to give to a friend or family member. It's a simple idea but so very nice. Everyone needs potholders so having one with a cute saying adds a friendly touch. The 'giftee' will think of the giver over and over again. It's a quick craft that will be long-lasting. You can't go wrong with this can you? If you don't have the fancy machine you can simply buy iron on dcor and letters to put this gift together.

Why not lick the spoon? You only live once like you say, so go ahead. I love your pot holder design and theme. I think it is a perfect thing to have in the kitchen no matter what time of year it is. You could use this one all year long if you wanted.
