What a beautiful idea for a cold, winter's night and to light the way to the door, right? I love your idea of using these to illuminate the steps of your guests. I hate that these are temporary, but they are so lovely and fun that I have to make some for my walkway this year. I know what I will have on my honey do list for sure.

What a glorious idea. It would cost nothing, be super easy to make and it's very pretty. There is only one reason I can't make it for myself. I live in Florida. No freezing temps. It's been known to be hot nough for air conditioning on Christmas. But I will share it with my northern relatives!

Wow I just love this Gorgeous Natural Ice Lantern! I will be making these beauties this winter for our back deck and front deck. I like the idea of using natural items from our property to make these unique. Now to gather the buckets. Thank you so much for sharing this free DIY project.
