"This wooden sleigh is painted and decorated for the Christmas season with small items glued into the sleigh. The base is wood, purchased at a local crafting store. It is painted with red on the body and white rail accents. While the paint is wet, glitter is added for sparkle. Inside, there is greenery and a small gold nest with a red cardinal. The eggs are buttons! This easy project was done in just a couple of days, allowing for the paint to dry between coats."

What holiday scene is complete without a Christmas sleigh to hold goodies. You could put just about anything in this little decoration, right? I want to add Hershey's kisses and mini Reese's in this sleigh. I think it would be a fun way to offer treats to guests that stop by at Christmas.
